The file
Use a CSV with a header row. Download the template from the campaign screen. The essential column is the phone number.

Indian numbers only
Konvrs calls Indian mobile numbers. Write them as +91 followed by ten digits, or as ten digits starting with 6, 7, 8 or 9. Numbers from other countries and premium or toll-free numbers are not called.
Checks before calling
- Invalid numbers are skipped and counted.
- Duplicates in the file are removed.
- Numbers on the shared do-not-call list are blocked.
- For promotional campaigns, numbers without recorded consent are blocked.
You will see how many were accepted and how many were left out, and why.
Before you upload
You will be asked to confirm that the people on the list agreed to be called, or that the call is a service call to an existing customer. See Consent for promotional calls.
