Cancelling
- You can cancel your paid plan at any time from the Billing page.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then your workspace moves to the Free plan.
- Downgrading to a cheaper plan takes effect at your next renewal.
- Cancelling does not delete your data. You can export it, and you can ask us to delete it.
Refunds
We refund in these cases:
- Charged by mistake or twice. Tell us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund the extra amount.
- We could not provide the service you paid for because of a fault on our side that we could not fix in a reasonable time. We will refund the affected part of the period.
- Where the law requires it.
We do not refund:
- The part of a period you did not use after you cancel or downgrade.
- Minutes, credits or extra packs that have been used.
- Charges for calls you chose to place, including calls that connected but did not achieve the result you wanted.
- Add-on credits that are past their stated expiry.
Upgrades
When you upgrade part-way through a period, you pay the difference for the rest of the period. If you change your mind, you can downgrade at the next renewal; the difference is not refunded.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, Razorpay retries it. You keep your plan while it retries and for a short grace period. If the payment still fails, your workspace moves to the Free plan. You can come back at any time by paying; nothing is lost except the time on the paid plan.
How to ask for a refund
Write to [to be added before launch] from the email on your account with the payment reference. We will reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach you in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
GST and invoices
Every successful payment has an invoice on your Billing page. A refund is shown as a credit against that invoice.
