Campaigns
Run calling campaigns that respect the clock and the customer
Upload a list or connect a lead source, choose the agent and the calling window, and let the campaign run.
The problem
Calling lists by hand does not scale
Teams lose hours dialling, forget follow-ups and call at the wrong time.
The solution
A scheduler with compliance built in
Campaigns call within permitted hours, retry on no-answer and stop calling people who opt out.
Lists and lead sources
Import contacts or let forms and portals feed leads in.
- CSV import
- Lead sources and webhooks
- Per-contact variables the agent can use
Calling windows and retries
Campaign dialers pause outside 9 AM – 9 PM IST by default.
- Set calling windows
- Retry rules for no-answer
- Opt-outs are never called again
Live progress
See calls placed, answered and qualified as the campaign runs.
- Status per contact
- Outcome and tags
- Pause and resume
