What we deliver
Konvrs is an online service. There is nothing to ship. You use it in your browser after you sign in.
When you get access
- Free plan: immediately after you verify your email address.
- Paid plans: immediately after your payment is confirmed. This usually takes under a minute. If your bank is slow to confirm, your plan starts as soon as the payment provider tells us it succeeded.
- Add-ons and extra minutes: added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Phone numbers: numbers are provisioned by our telephony partners. Availability and timing depend on the number type and Indian telecom rules, and are shown when you request one.
If something does not arrive
If you paid and your plan or minutes do not show up within 30 minutes, write to [to be added before launch] with your payment reference. We will fix it or refund you under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Delivery is digital
Invoices and receipts are emailed and available on your Billing page. We do not deliver anything by post or courier.
