Payments are processed by Razorpay. The methods available at checkout depend on your Razorpay configuration (for example cards and UPI).

Every started minute counts: a 61-second call uses 2 minutes. A call with no connected time uses none.

Upgrading takes effect straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the current billing period. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then. The unused part of a period is not refunded when you downgrade.

Razorpay retries a failed renewal automatically and you keep your plan while it does. If it still cannot be collected, you get a short grace period, with a notice in the app at each step, before the workspace moves to the Free plan. Paying at any point restores your plan.

Yes. An invoice is created for every successful payment and you can download it from the Billing page.

You can connect numbers through our telephony setup. Which number series you can use for promotional and service calls depends on Indian telecom rules, and our team can guide you during onboarding.
