What happens
Every Konvrs agent tells the person, near the start of the call, that it is an AI assistant, and says who it is calling for.
Can I turn it off?
No. It is added to every agent automatically and cannot be removed from the instructions or the first message. People have a right to know who they are talking to, and being honest early makes calls go better.
Tips
Say why you are calling in the same breath: "This is an AI assistant calling for Rao Dental Clinic about your appointment tomorrow." Short and clear.
