The templates
Konvrs includes templates for site-visit follow-up (real estate), lead qualification, appointment booking, appointment reminders, payment reminders, admissions enquiries, feedback calls, cash-on-delivery order confirmation, event reminders, an inbound receptionist and after-service check-ins.
How to use one
Choose a template when you create an agent. Replace each detail in curly brackets, like `{{company_name}}` or `{{available_slots}}`, with your own information. Do not leave any in place: the agent would say them out loud.
Make it yours
Templates are a starting point. Add your own questions and facts, remove what does not apply, and keep the rules that are already there: be honest that it is an AI, stop when asked, never guess, never pressure.
