What an agent is
An agent is the AI voice that talks to your contacts. It has a name, a voice, a language, a first message and instructions that say what it should do on the call.
Steps
- Open Agents and choose to create a new agent.
- Start from a template if one fits (see Use an agent template). A template fills in the instructions for you.
- Give the agent a name and pick the language and voice.
- Check the first message. It is the first thing the person hears.
- Fill in the details the template asks for, such as your business name, hours or the offer.
- Save, then test it on your own phone.
Good to know
Every agent tells the person it is an AI assistant at the start of the call. This is added automatically and cannot be removed.
