Upgrade
Upgrading takes effect straight away. You pay only the difference for the rest of the current billing period.
Downgrade
Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal. You keep your current plan until then, nothing is charged now, and the part of the period you have already paid for is not refunded.
Cancel
Cancel from the Billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then your workspace moves to the Free plan. Your data stays.
Switching between monthly and yearly
Not available online yet. Write to us and we will do it for you.
