What a webhook does
When a call finishes, Konvrs can send its details to a web address you control, so your CRM or spreadsheet is updated without anyone copying anything.
Steps
- Open the webhook settings and create a new webhook.
- Enter the address that should receive the data and choose the events you want.
- Use the test button to send a sample.
- Check your system received it.
Good to know
Your plan sets how many webhooks you can have. Failed deliveries are retried and you can see their log.
