Question 1

Is it legal to make AI calls in India?

Accepted Answer

Calling rules in India (TRAI) apply to AI calls as they do to human calls: promotional calls need the right number series and registrations, DND numbers must be respected, and calls should happen in permitted hours. Konvrs gives you the controls — calling windows, opt-out handling and an AI disclosure at the start of each call — but you stay responsible for your own outreach, so check your setup with a telecom/privacy adviser.

Question 2

Which languages does Konvrs speak?

Accepted Answer

Konvrs agents speak Hindi, Marathi and English today, and Gujarati, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Punjabi and Malayalam in beta. You choose the language for each agent, and the same list powers everything on this page.

Question 3

How natural does it sound?

Accepted Answer

Agents use modern neural voices and respond in real time. Quality depends on the language, voice and script you choose.

Question 4

Can it hand off to my team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An agent can transfer a live call to a human number, book a meeting on your calendar, or log the lead for a callback — you set the rules in the agent builder.

Question 5

How is billing done?

Accepted Answer

You pick a monthly or yearly plan with included call minutes. Prices are in INR and shown in the pricing section, read live from our billing configuration. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Question 6

What happens to unused minutes?

Accepted Answer

Plan minutes are granted each billing cycle. Check the plan details at checkout for how unused plan minutes and any extra minute packs are treated.

Question 7

Can I bring my own numbers?

Accepted Answer

You can connect numbers through our telephony setup. Which number series you can use for promotional vs. service calls depends on Indian telecom rules — our team can guide you during onboarding.

Question 8

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Start free, set up an agent and hear how it sounds before you choose a paid plan. The Free plan’s included minutes and limits are shown in the pricing section.

Question 9

How does LeadFinder work?

Accepted Answer

LeadFinder is an optional add-on: search for a business type in a city, unlock decision-maker contacts (a credit per contact; no number found, no credit used), call them yourself, or hand the list to a Konvrs AI agent. Search is unlimited; contacts stay masked until unlocked.
